Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy (Consumer Protection Law)

“The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and recover its monetary value, without stating any reasons and without incurring any expenses, within fourteen days of receiving it.”

  • The customer does not have the right to exchange or return the product if it is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to a reason attributable to the customer.

  • Products sold are purchased from the local market, and we are not manufacturers. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, please refer to the agent for repair or replacement.

  • The warranty period for accessories is 30 days from the date of purchase, except for products from companies that have an agent in Egypt, which have a 6-month warranty.

  • The company is not responsible for iCloud or Gmail. A factory reset is performed on used devices before the customer receives the device, and it is received without an email account.

  • The warranty period for used devices is 6 months for manufacturing defects.

  • In the event of a tax appearing on tax-exempt mobile phones sold, the company is not responsible.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from:

  • Exposure of the product to breakage or scratching.

  • Misuse or exposure of the device to high electrical current or water.

  • Attempting to open or repair the device outside authorized service centers.

  • Using non-original batteries or accessories.

This is done according to the following conditions:

  • The original purchase invoice and original warranty must be presented.

  • The product must be in its original condition, retaining its original packaging, and without any missing or damaged accessories.

  • The refund of the value paid by the customer must be by the same payment method and from the same place.

  • After reviewing the Value Added Tax Procedures Law issued by Law No. 67 of 2016 and its executive regulations, in the event that the invoice value is 15,000 EGP or more, a copy of the customer’s national ID or commercial register must be kept.

  • The maximum period for receiving a purchase order is 14 days from the date of purchase, and the maximum period for one delivery attempt. If the delivery is not received within this period, we have the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, excluding delivery fees in case of prepayment.
